The Real Work is a cutting-edge therapy collective specializing in Play Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Music Therapy! We are expanding our group to include a psychologist/PsyD to provide assessments, including ADOS assessments, and you also have the option to provide ongoing child therapy if you'd like to grow your practice in this area as well!
About The Position
We are looking for a seasoned clinician who is neurodiversity affirming and who is excited to be part of a growing practice with a niche in play therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and working with neurodivergent children and teens.
We provide telehealth and in-person, and you get to discuss your preferences with us based on your desires for a sustainable caseload that meets your needs.
Hours/Schedule
Part or full-time, based on your goals as a clinician. Schedule can be flexible; Clinician can choose to provide services in-person, telehealth, or a hybrid.
Compensation:
Percentage of billable clinical hours. Please inquire regarding our percentage splits, as they vary and are tiered based on licensure and experience. As this is a collective practice and you would be in independent contractor, our percentage offered to clinicians is higher than industry standard.
Qualifications:
(LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyA, PsyD, Phd.) in Oregon.
